Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja, kako s pomočjo simulacij prenoviti (optimizirati) poslovne procese. Za modeliranje in optimiziranje poslovnih procesov je uporabljen program Oracle BPA. Modeliranje je prikazano z notacijo BPMN, katera je tudi opisana. Opisani so tudi poslovni procesi in orodje Oracle BPA. Optimiziranje je opisano, ter izvedeno s pomočjo simulatorja v orodju Oracle BPA.

BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION USING SIMULATIONS
Abstract:
Degree represents how with simulator optimize business process. For modelling and business processes is used program Oracle BPA. Modelling is demonstrated with notation BPMN, which is described. Described are also business processes in tools Oracle BPA. Renovate is described and also performed with the help of simulator in the tools Oracle BPA.
