Abstract:
Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti katero orodje treh različnih proizvajalcev Fraisa, OSG in YG je najprimernejše za predelavo pločevine, brizganje plastike, termoformiranje in stiroporno embalažo, glede na ceno in obrabo orodja. Vključuje primerjavo in opis oblikovnih krogelnih frezal po katalogih proizvajalcev orodij Fraisa, OSG in YG. Podano je poročilo preizkusa orodij v podjetju Gorenje orodjarna in poročilo preizkusa orodij na fakulteti za strojništvo v Mariboru z opisom strojev, na katerih smo vršili preizkus in merilnih naprav, s pomočjo katerih smo izmerili odstopanja.

ANALYSIS OF BALL NOSE END MILLS FOR HIGH SPEED CUTTING
Abstract:
The aim of thesis is to determine which one of three different tool manufacturers Fraisa, OSG, and YG is the most suitable for processing sheet metal, plastic injection molding, thermoforming and Styrofoam packaging in terms of price and tool wear. It includes comparison and description of the formal ball mills according to manufacturer catalogs Fraisa, OSG and YG. It contains report of tool testing in the Gorenje Toolmarking and the report of the tools test in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Maribor with a description of the machinery on which is exert test and measurement devices, by which is measured the deviations.
