Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo opredelili kolaborativna in kooperativna orodja, CMS, LMS ter LCMS sisteme. Opredeli smo, za kaj se omenjena orodja in sistemi uporabljajo. Določili smo pogoje izbire primernega sistema za izvajanje usposabljanja, preverjanja in informiranja zaposlenih v podjetju. Izbira primernega sistema je potekala med dvema sistemoma na osnovi MS SharePointa, Joomle LMS in Moodla. Izbrani sistem je bil nameščen in vizualno ter uporabniško prilagojen potrebam podjetja RTI, d. o. o. Izvedli smo tudi izobraževanje za mentorje, ki bodo urejali vsebine na izbranem sistemu. Zaključili smo z izvedbo ocenjevanja sistema s SUS metodo.

Title:EMPLOYEES TRAINING, EXAMINING AND INFORMING BY USING COLLABORATIVE AND COOPERATIVE TOOLS
Abstract:In diploma we have defined collaborative and cooperative tools, CMS, LMS and LCMS systems. We have defined the usage of those tools and systems. We determined the selection of suitable conditions for the implementation of training, examining and informing employees of the company. Selecting an appropriate system took place between the two systems based on MS SharePoint, Joomla LMS and Moodle. The selected system was installed and customized visually and useably for RTI, d. o. o., company needs. We also carried out the training for future mentors, who will edit the contents of the selected system. Finally, we performed the evaluation of the SUS method.
