Abstract:
Temeljni namen te diplomske naloge je bila uvedba metode celovito produktivno vzdrževanje (TPM) na linijo kavnih aparatov EQ7 v podjetju BSH Nazarje. Z uvedbo TPM smo želeli zmanjšati zastoje in okvare strojev ter tako izboljšati kakovost, dobavne roke in hitrost izdelave. Naš cilj je nenehno spremljanje, čiščenje in mazanje strojev ter prilagajanje proizvodnje razvoju. V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek vpeljave TPM ter analiza obstoječega stanja ter ocenjeno stanje po vpeljavi metode TPM. Izdelali smo planske karte in kontrolne karte za pomoč delavcem na liniji. TPM planska karta nam bo pomagala pri izvajanju potrebnih preventivnih pregledov z namenom določiti kdaj, kaj preveriti in način pregleda. Izračunali smo OEE ter njene parametre. Predvidevamo, da bomo OEE v obdobju enega leta povečali za 14 odstotkov. Kakovost se naj bi zvišala za 5%, razpoložljivost za 11% ter uspešnost delovanja za 5%.

Title:
INITIATING THE TPM METOD ON THE EQ7 COFFEE MACHINE LINE IN THE COMPANY BSH NAZARJE
Abstract:
Basic aim of this Diploma Thesis is implemention of the TPM method into the coffee machine production line EQ7 in the company BSH Nazarje. Main aim of this thesis is to show, that implementing TPM reduces machine damages and improves quality, delivery and production speed. Our goal is constant monitoring, cleaning and lubricating machines and adaptation to production development. The thesis contains a detailed description of the TPM implementation process, current state analysis and the situation analysis after implementing TPM, that will give insight to changes. We created plan cards and cards to help out production workers. The TPM plan card will assist in performing necessary preventive examinations in order to determine what needs to be checked and in what manner. We have calculated OEE and its parameters. Within the same time period, the overall equipment efficiency will increase by 14%. Quality should increase by 5%, availability by 11% and performance by 5%.
