Abstract:
V podjetju Gorenje d.d. uporabljajo v gospodinjskih aparatih magnetna stikala. Stikala so uporabljena za detekcijo odprtosti vrat hladilnikov. Pomembna so za pravilno delovanje aparata, zato mora biti življenjska doba stikal v skladu z zahtevami podjetja. Z uvedbo magnetnih stikal se je pojavil problem odpovedi zaradi neznanega vzroka. Do sedaj so preverjali vpliv vibracij, vendar samo na dveh stikalih hkrati. Namen in cilj diplomske naloge je avtomatizirana meritev življenjske dobe večjega števila magnetnih stikal po izpostavljenosti določenemu vplivu. Izdelana rešitev mora omogočiti preverjanje za nastavljeno število preklopov.

Title:
RELIABILITY TESTING OF REED SWITCHES
Abstract:
The company Gorenje d.d. uses reed switches in household appliances. They are used as a door sensor on refrigerators. As they are crucial for the correct functionality of the appliance, they must be in accordance with the requirements of the company. With the introduction of reed switches, a problem of an unknown cause of a failure emerged. Until now, the influence of vibrations was tested, but only on two switches simultaneously. The purpose and the objective of this diploma work is to automate reed switch reliability testing after exposure to a certain condition. The designed solution should enable to determine reliability for preset number of cycles.
