Title:Izboljšava mehanizma za vpetje naslona za glavo na avtomobilski sedež

Abstract:Naloga temelji na razvoju samodejno nastavljivega mehanizma za vpetje vzglavnika na sprednjih sedežih avtomobila, ki bi pripomogel k večji varnosti potnikov. Opisani so do sedaj že obstoječi mehanizmi, ki se uporabljajo v avtomobilski industriji, ter zakonska določila in specifikacije izdelka, ki jih moramo pri konstruiranju mehanizma dosledno upoštevati. Prikazan je princip delovanja mehanizma, na podlagi katerega so našteti delovni principi, za katere s pomočjo morfološke matrike izberemo rešitve. Iz teh so sestavljeni različni koncepti, ki so ovrednoteni. Najboljše ocenjen koncept je na koncu zmodeliran s 3D programom ter pripravljen za nadaljnji razvoj in proizvodnjo.

Title:Modification of Fixing Mechanism for Automotive Head Restrain
Abstract:The diploma work strives to develop an automatically adjustable fixing mechanism for head restraints of the front car seats that would contribute to safety of the passengers. The existing mechanisms used in car industry and legalised specifications that have to be considered when constructing the mechanism are described. The knowledge of the function of the mechanism, which is presented, allows us to pick the operating methods. With the morphological matrix we are able to determine different concepts, which are also rated. The 3D model of the best concept is presented at the end, ready to be further developed and manufactured.
