Abstract:
Cilj diplomskega dela je konstruiranje naprave za zmanjšanje prostornine PET embalaže. Odločili smo se, da bomo skonstruirali mlin, ki bo mlel PET embalažo. Dimenzije mlina so odvisne od največjih dimenzij PET embalaže, katere smo dobili z meritvami embalaže. Rezkar, ki melje embalažo smo dimenzionirali glede na velikost embalaže, ter želeno velikost zmletih delcev. Preračunali smo napetosti, ki se pojavijo med mletjem in na podlagi tega predpisali moč elektromotorja ter prestavno razmerje reduktorja. Mlin je sestavljen iz standardnih strojnih elementov, konstrukcije ter rezalnega orodja. Skonstruirali smo ga s pomočjo programa »CATIA V5«.

Title:
DESIGN OF DEVICE FOR GRINDING PET PACKAGING
Abstract:
Purpose of diploma is the construction of device that reduces the volume of PET packaging. We decided that we will construct a mill that will grind the PET packaging. The dimensions of the mill were dependent on the maximum dimensions of PET packaging, which were measured by packaging size. Cutter that grinds the packaging was dimensioned depending on package size and desired size of grinded particles. We calculated stresses that occur during grinding, and on this basis we prescribed power of motor and shifting ratio of reduction gear. Mill is assembly from mechanical elements, construction and cutting tool. We constructed a mill using program »CATIA V5«.
