Abstract:Ravnanje z odpadno embalažo, ki ni komunalni odpadek, je kot objekt povratne logistike v trgovski dejavnosti specifična problematika zaradi obsega količin, raznovrstnosti in razširjenosti nastajanja. Praktični problem se nanaša na PS Mercator, d. d., kjer smo si ogledali njihov model ravnanja z odpadno embalažo, ki ni komunalni odpadek, ter pridobili meritvene podatke iz trgovinskih enot. Magistrska naloga tako vključuje štiri vidike: masni tok, mrežni vidik, statični vidik ter dinamični vidik. Prvi temelji na tem, kje tovrstna embalaža nastaja, koliko nastaja in kakšna je dinamika nastajanja, drugi se nanaša na komuniciranje z okoljem preko kanalov pretoka odpadne embalaže, ki ni komunalni odpadek, izven fiksnih lokacij nastajanja, tretji vidik obravnava izvore, kraj nastajanja in notranje procese upravljanja, zadnji, tudi tokovni vidik, pa temelji na opazovanju sistema pretoka materiala od posameznega izvora do namembnega pripadajočega ponora znotraj fiksnih točk omrežja in med pari omrežnih točk, vključno z odvozi in transportom.

Title:Reconfiguration of packaging waste management system in PS Mercator, d. d.
Abstract:Management of packaging waste that is not municipal waste as an object of reverse logistics in trading activities is a specific problem due to scale quantities, diversity and spread formation. A practical problem refers to the PS Mercator, d. d., where we watched their model of packaging waste that is not municipal waste management and got measurement data from trade units. Master's thesis therefore includes four aspects: mass flow, network aspect, static aspect and dynamic aspect. The first is based on where this kind of packaging waste is produced, how much of it is produced and what is the dynamics of formation, the second relates to communicating with environment through channels flow of packaging waste that is not municipal waste out of fixed locations, third aspect deals with sources, place of formation and internal management processes, the last aspect also the current aspect is based on observation of material flow from each source to the destination of the corresponding sink within fixed points of the network and between pairs of network points including removal and transport.
