Abstract:
Pošta Slovenije, d.o.o. je pomemben gospodarski subjekt, ki deluje na celotnem ozemlju Republike Slovenije. Zaradi liberalizacije trga poštnih storitev in pojava vse močnejše konkurence, predvsem na področju prenosa poslovnih paketov tako v notranjem kot v mednarodnem prometu, mora nenehno spremljati zahteve trga, jim slediti in prilagajati predpise, da lahko ostane konkurenčna novoustanovljenim podjetjem, ki tudi delujejo na tem področju. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno obstoječe stanje poslovanja na Poštni enoti 3102 Celje, ter predlogi za možne izboljšave. Cilj diplomske naloge je prikazati ter s pomočjo ankete analizirati in predstaviti problematiko sprejema, usmerjanja, prevozov in vročitve poslovnih paketov ter nakazati možne izboljšave v organizaciji dela in v transportih in s tem izboljšati poslovanje na tem segmentu poslovanja.

ORGANISING OF ACCEPTANCE, TRANSPORTS AND DELIVERY OF BUSINESS PARCELS IN POSTAL UNIT
Abstract:
Post of Slovenia d.o.o. is an important economic entity, which operates throughout the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. The liberalisation of the postal market and the emergance of increasingly powerful competition, particulary in the transfer of packets in both domestic and international traffic has emerged us monitor even more the market demands and adopt our company to stay competitive. Thesis will indtroduce you with current state of business at Postal unit 3102 Celje and with the new proposals which could lead to improvement. The aim of thesis is to show by means of surveys and analyzations of them that we can forsee possibile problems, to take proper guidance and proper action when and where is needed, traffic and service packages and to indicate possibile improvements in the organisation of work, transport and thus improve business in that particular segment.
