Title:VIEWS ABOUT FOOTBOLL COMPETITION SYSTEM IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:Due to mass participation in football, there must be rules that bring order into it. These rules can be found in legal acts. The goal of this thesis is to investigate how these rules are used in practice, and what is the role of a competitive system. There are many different types of football player on the scene, these differences being in terms of gender, age, race, health condition, and other factors. Consequentljy, this thesis is focused on the diverse nature of football's participants, and the competitive system evident in the different programmes which come under the auspices of the Grassroots organisation. The system requires an as educated a staff of trainers as is possible to educate the young, and not so young, to play football. Consequently, this thesis also includes a description of all of those involved in a player's success. Success is not possible without the organised clubs, these clubs already satisfying the requirements necessary to obtain the licence to establish themselves. Competitive areas which come under the direction of the Inter-municipal Football Association are made up of clubs located in a defined geographical area in Slovenia. Selection takes place in order that players can play with their peers; the type of training that is possible varies due to age. As is probably known to the vast majority of those interested, the youngest players learn on a small grassy area, there are many shifts, and the approach is different to that utilized for adults, and, of course, the youngest players differ in many ways from their elders. As a relut, this thesis examines each selection separateljy, and provides a description od each selection's characteristics, which conditions must be privede for, and what is the difference in terms of the previous selection.
