Podrobneje analiziramo igro in rekreacijo v naravi. V drugem delu diplomskega dela, empiričnem delu, predstavljamo rezultate, podrobnejšo analizo in ugotovitve empirične raziskave, v katero je bilo vključenih 823 učencev in 56 učiteljic mariborskih osnovnih šol.

Title:ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES IN THE FIRST THREE YEARS OF COMPULSORY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EDUCATION - OUTDOOR GAMES AND RECREATION
Abstract:The present thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical one and the empirical one. In the theoretical part of the thesis we introduced global environmental state and environmental education, including the analysis of all six teaching plans for educational work in the first triad from the standpoint of environmental education. We analyzed the game and the recreation in nature in detail. In the second part of the thesis, i.e. in the empirical part, we introduced the results, a detailed analysis and the findings of the empirical research, which included 823 pupils and 56 teachers from the primary schools in Maribor. The goal of the empirical research was to determine the proportion of the environmental activities in the process of planning and carrying out the regular educational work in the first triad and the impact of such activities on the pupil's afternoon activities. Obtained empirical findings show that the interviewed teachers within the first triad plan and carry out the games in nature more often as compared with the recreation in nature, which is planned and carried out less frequently. Meanwhile, the interviewed pupils prefer to ride a bike or/and a scooter in their spare time.
