Abstract:
Diplomski seminar prikazuje pomembnost managementa znanja v Novi Kreditni banki Maribor. V prvem delu predstavljamo znanje kot enega izmed pomembnejših dejavnikov v podjetju, ki želi doseči uspešno poslovanje in ohraniti konkurenčno prednost. Znanje, učenje, usposabljanje, nadgrajevanje in prenos znanja so tesno povezani z managementom znanja, zato je le-ta predstavljen na koncu prvega dela. V drugem delu se osredotočamo na konkreten gospodarski subjekt, kjer je predstavljeno podjetje po organiziranosti, po glavnih mejnikih ter po izobrazbeni strukturi zaposlenih. Ta del je namenjen nadaljnjemu proučevanju prenosa znanja v organizaciji, kako le-ta poteka, čemu je namenjen,na kakšen način se izvaja, prav tako so predstavljene ugotovitve, podani pa so tudi predlogi in izboljšave. Diplomski seminar temelji na proučevanju literature in na analizi sekundarnih virov ter lastnih mnenj, ki temeljijo na razgovorih z zaposlenimi v Novi KBM. Zaradi vsakodnevnih sprememb mora Nova Kreditna banka Maribor, če želi ustvariti dolgoročen uspeh, neprestano nadgrajevati znanja, kajti le na tak način se znanjem lahko prilagodi.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN NOVA KREDITNA BANKA MARIBOR
Abstract:
Graduate seminar shows the importance of knowledge management in the Nova Kreditna banka Maribor. The first part presents knowledge as one of the most important factors in a company that aim for a successful business and maintaining a competitive advantage. Knowledge, learning, training, upgrading, knowledge transfer are closely related to the management of knowledge, this is presented at the end of part one. In the second part, we focus on a specific economic entity, where company is presented through the organization, key milestones and educational structure. This part intended further study of knowledge transfer in organization, how it works, what does it, and we will also presented our findings. There we are also giving suggestions and improvements. Graduate seminar is based on the study of literature and analysis of secondary sources and my own opinions, based on conversations with employees of Nova KBM. Because of daily global changes Nova KBM must create long-term success with updating of skills, because this is the only way that company can adapt.
