Abstract:
Temeljni cilj vsakega podjetja je zagotovitev trdne konkurenčne sposobnosti, kar se kaže tudi pri obvladovanju stroškov. Da bi zmanjšalo stroške, želi vsako podjetje optimizirati logistične operacije. Na stroške vpliva tudi ustrezno ravnanje z embalažo. Embalaža ima odločilno vlogo pri transportu izdelka, saj ga ščiti pred zunanjimi vplivi in poškodbami. Pomembna je povratna embalaža, ki lahko zelo vpliva na zmanjšanje stroškov. V delu je prikazano, kako povratna embalaža odločilno vpliva na optimizacijo logističnih procesov. V poslovnem procesu ima še posebej velik pomen, saj so zaboji za večkratno uporabo, ki so predstavljeni, idealni za manipulacijo z občutljivejšim blagom, kot sta sadje in zelenjava. Izbrano podjetje se ukvarja z logističnimi dejavnostmi, kot so transport, skladiščenje, komisioniranje sadja in zelenjave ipd. Z uvedbo povratnih zabojnikov se je poslovni proces bistveno izboljšal.

Title:
Rationalization of the return package in the logistics Distribution center Maribor
Abstract:
The fundamental objective of any company is to provide a solid competitive ability, which is reflected in cost control. Every company wants to optimize logistics operations in order to reduce costs. But to reduce costs the company must have a proper handling of packages. Packaging plays an important role by transport of the product as it protects it against outside influences and damage. Very high impact has the return package, which is one of the main reasons for the reduction of costs. In part, we will show that the return package has an important role in the optimization of logistics processes. In our business process the return package has particularly great importance, because the RPC containers, which will be presented, are ideal for handling with sensitive goods such as fruit and vegetables, which is a main product in our company. Selected company is dealing with logistics operations, such as transport, storage, picking fruit and vegetables etc. With the introduction of these return containers, the business process has significantly improved.
