Abstract:
»Organizacija so ljudje«.

COMPANY ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
The business sector could not exist without companies and the companies would have a difficult time without efficient and successful organisation. In addition to good organisational structure, the keys to success and competitive position on the market are a sound vision, company policy and well-devised and planned goals that a company wishes to achieve in its operations. Furthermore, we must not forget successful managers who have to possess adequate knowledge and skills and a great amount of practical experience on the basis of which they are able to formulate and select the appropriate organisational scheme for a certain company, so that it can achieve the best possible results. When I started writing this degree thesis, my objective was to present and prove the importance of organisation in a company. It appears in all functions and all areas of operation, since a well-planned organisation facilitates the company’s operations. Each participant in a company knows and is aware of their task and work that contribute to good performance of the company. Adequate organisation is a precondition for business continuity. If organisation is inadequate, it can be a great hindrance for the company’s operations, deteriorating its performance and increasing employee dissatisfaction, etc. The world changes and develops rapidly nowadays and the same holds true for companies. They must constantly promote growth and development if they are to succeed, which in turn stimulates changes in the organisation of companies and their organisational structures that have to adapt to the changed conditions and development in the company. “Organisation is people”. Communication and co-operation among individuals is therefore extremely important and a way to build mutual relationships and exchange opinions and ideas, thus improving their self-confidence and consolidating organisation at the same time. Another objective was to study the theoretical bases of organisational structures from the point of view of different authors, to learn about internal and external factors that impact the organisational structure in a company and to define organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Among other, the aim was also to present organisation in the field of corporate accounting, which was supported by a practical example of the company Mojstrovina, d.o.o.
