Title:POVEZOVANJE POSLOVNIH PROCESOV V CELOVITIH INFORMACIJSKIH REŠITVAH NA PRIMERU PODJETJA STEKLARNA ROGAŠKA D.D.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem predstavil povezovanje poslovnih procesov in njihovih elementov v celovitih informacijskih rešitvah. Na začetku dela sem podrobneje predstavil poslovne procese in značilnosti le teh. Raznolikost zahtev strank, tekmovalnost ter spremembe poslovanja so razlogi za organizacijo nalog s poslovnimi procesi. Poslovni procesi dandanes zahtevajo prožnosti in hitrost izvajanja, ki jo je brez informatizacije težko doseči, saj se število strank, dokumentacije in produktov v podjetju povečuje, število zaposlenih pa ostaja enako ali pa se celo zmanjšuje. Ker je informatizacija tako pomembna, sem v nadaljevanju podal in opisal ključne celovite informacijske rešitve. Te so usmerjene v zagotavljanje konkurenčne prednosti podjetij oziroma k avtomatizaciji in optimizaciji izvajanja njihovih poslovnih procesov. Podrobneje smo opisali sistem SAP, Documentis ter Špica. Prav tako smo se seznanili z značilnostmi glavnega koordinatorja v podjetju, to je elektronsko poslovanje. Vsako podjetje, ki stremi k uspešnemu poslovanju, mora imeti dobro razvit informacijski sistem, ki je osnova elektronskega poslovanja. Temu je sledil drugi del, kjer sem sprva podrobneje opisal podjetje Steklarna Rogaška d.d. ter nato značilnosti ključnih celovitih informacijskih rešitev, ki jih uporabljajo v tem podjetju. Prav tako sem podal grafični prikaz modela poslovnih procesov, ki potekajo v podjetju ter tabelarično povezavo vseh aktivnosti poslovnih procesov, ki si sledijo skozi procese. Seveda sem grafičen prikaz in tabelarično povezavo podal v pisni obliki.

Title:INTEGRATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN ERP SOLUTIONS: THE CASE STEKLARNA ROGAŠKA D.D.
Abstract:In my thesis I have presented the integration of business processes and their elements in ERP systems. Firstly, I have presented characteristics of business processes. Today they require flexibility and speed of implementation, which is difficult to achieve without ERP systems. As the number of customers, documents and products in the company increases, on the other hand, the number of employees remained the same or even decreases. Since ERP systems are so important, I have described them in more detail. ERP systems are aimed at providing a competitive advantage to companies and implementation of automation and optimization of their business processes. More specifically, I have presented the SAP system, Documentis and Špica systems. We have also learned about the characteristics of the main coordinator in the company, this is electronic commerce. This was followed a second part, where I have presented in detail the company Steklarna Rogaška d.d. (Rogaška glassworks) and key characteristics of ERP systems, used by this company. I have also made a graphical model of business processes that take place in the company and tabular link all the activities of business processes that follow through processes. In the end, a graphic display and tabular connection are presented in writing.
