Title:PREMAGOVANJE STRESA V PODJETJU SŽ-ŽIP D.O.O.

Abstract:Stres ni le enkratno individualno doživetje, ampak se stresne situacije ponavljajo in se kažejo v fiziološkem (glavoboli, razne bolečine, hitro bitje srca, alergije, nižja odpornost) in psihičnem reagiranju (jeza, razburjenje, žalost, brezvoljnost, kronična izčrpanost) ter v spremembi vedenja (pojavljanje napak, slabša kakovost izdelkov). Ko stres prizadene zaposlenega, se v njem začnejo dogajati nenavadne stvari, boji se za svoje življenje, hitreje diha in se ne zmeni za okolico. Neprijetna situacija nastane tudi za delodajalca, kar pomeni večjo verjetnost nezgod na delovnem mestu, neučinkovitost in slabše izdelke. Zaposleni in delodajalec morata obvladovati stres in učinkovito prepoznavati vzroke ter nastanek stresa skušati celo preprečiti, če je to mogoče. Za zaposlenega to pomeni ustvarjanje lastne podobe, krepitev telesa in težnjo za zdravim življenjem. Poiskati mora najprimernejše načine obrambe svojega ega, da bo lahko obvladoval življenjske in delovne situacije. Za delodajalca je stres alarm, da začne investirati v izboljšanje tehnologije, v posodobitev organiziranosti, v tiste pogoje dela, ki so pomembni za delavčeve individualne sposobnosti in v izobraževanja in usposabljanja. Vsi našteti ukrepi gredo k istemu cilju z namenom obvladati stres na tak način, da ne bo upadalo razpoloženje pri zaposlenih, da se ne bodo pojavljale kronične izčrpanosti, psihosomatske bolezni in posledično beg v bolniške odsotnosti in invalidske upokojitve, v podjetju pa bo delovna učinkovitost ostala na ustreznem nivoju.

Title:OVERCOMING STRESS IN THE COMPANY SŽ-ŽIP D.O.O.
Abstract:Stress is not only a unique individual experience, but stress situations are repeated and reflected in physiological (headaches, various pains, rapid heartbeat, allergies, lower resistance) mental reactions (anger, excitement, sadness, apathy, chronic fatigue) and in changing behaviours (occurrence of errors, the worse quality of products). When stress affects employee, strange things are start to happen, he fears for his live, breathes faster and doesn’t care about the environment. Unpleasant situation arises for the employer too, with a higher probability of accidents at work, inefficiency and poor products. Employee and employer should effectively manage stress and to identify causes of stress and formation of stress even try to avoid, if it is possible. For the employee this means the creation of the image, strengthen the body and a drive for healthy living. He has to find the best ways to defend his ego to be able to command the living and working situations. For the employer, the stress means alarm to begin to invest in improving technology in the modernization of the organization, in those working conditions that are important for the worker's individual abilities and in education and training. All these measures are going in the same direction in order to cope with stress in such a way that will not decline the mood among employees that they will not be encountered chronic depression, psychosomatic illness and the consequent drain in sickness absences and disability retirement, the company will remain operational effectiveness at the appropriate level.
