Abstract:
Strokovno delo opisuje rešitev sledenja naročilu s pomočjo delovnega naloga v tiskarni Trajanus d.o.o. Podjetje se ukvarja z grafično pripravo in izdelavo različnih tiskovin. Do sedaj je podjetje uporabljalo precej nepregleden sistem naročanja izdelkov v proizvodnjo. Pojavljali so se problemi pri komunikaciji med zaposlenimi, saj v določenem trenutku njihovo delo ni bilo usklajeno. Naročila v proizvodnjo so se izgubljala, ali pa so bila nepopolna. Predlagana rešitev je bila programska rešitev s pomočjo relacijske baze, izdelane v MS Access 2003. Program omogoča centralno vodenje naročil s pomočjo relacijske baze, ki obsega faze postopka naročanja od izdelave ponudbe, delovnega naloga, do dobavnice. Prednost rešitve je v enostavnosti in preglednosti poslovanja, saj program omogoča uporabnikom pregled nad trenutnim stanjem naročila. V prvem delu diplomskega dela je opis trenutnega stanja in težav podjetja Trajanus d.o.o.. Osrednji del naloge opisuje izdelavo programske rešitve z opisom in izdelavo tabel, obrazcev, poizvedb in poročil. V zaključku je opisana ocena učinkov ter možnost nadaljnjega razvoja programske rešitve.

SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR PRINTING COMPANY
Abstract:
Diploma thesis describes in detail a solution for order tracking within a printing company Trajanus d.o.o.. Company’s main activity is designing and printing various printed material. Current system of ordering products is very opaque. In the current system there were quite a lot of communication problems between employees, because at a certain point it was not clear who was doing what. Orders into production where being lost or incomplete. As a suggested solution we offered a software solution based on a relational database with a program tool MS Access 2003. Program offers a central managed ordering system, from creating an offer, work order to creating a delivery note. The advantage of the solution is in simplicity and transparency of operations, since the program allows users to view the current state of the order. In the first part of the thesis I have presented a description of current situation and difficulties of Trajanus d.o.o.. Central part describes the fabrication of software solution with a description and creation of tables, forms, queries and reports. At the end there is an impact assessment and the possibility of further development.
