Abstract:
Namen diplomske naloge je bilo preiskati toplotno vplivano območje (TVO), ki nastane pri varjenju jekla P91. Preiskava je usmerjena predvsem na kakovost TVO po toplotni obdelavi. Delo je najprej potekalo na simulatorju termičnega cikla, kjer smo pripravili različne mikrostrukture TVO. Mikrostrukture smo analizirali na optičnem in elektronskem mikroskopu, kjer je bila najbolj pomembna porazdelitev karbidov. Mehanske lastnosti smo ocenjevali s pomočjo trdote in žilavosti.

Title:
INVESTIGATION OF HAZ ON THE STEEL FOR ELEVATED TEMPERATURE IN THE HEAT TREATED CONDITION
Abstract:
The aim of diploma work was to investigate the heat affected zone (HAZ) that arises by steel P91 welding. The investigation was directed main by to the HAZ quality after the heat treatment. The work was conducted on a thermal cycle simulator. Different HAZ microstructures ware prepared. Those microstructures ware analyzed using light and electron microscope. Carbides distribution was the most important. Mechanical properties were assessed measuring hardness and Charpy toughness.
