Abstract:Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pomeni partnerstvo med zaposlenimi in managementom, ki se ob podpori tehnološke infrastrukture dosega skozi usposobljenost in motiviranost sodelavcev za uresničevanje skupnih poslovnih ciljev. Težnja ljudi sili, da se po možnosti približajo zadovoljstvu in izognejo nezadovoljstvu. Velika pričakovanja so po tej logiki posledica velike motivacije, velika razočaranja pa posledica premajhnih pridobitev. Zato bi praktično nikoli ne smeli dovoliti, da bi v ljudeh gojili napačna pričakovanja, obljubljali stvari, ki jih ne moremo izpolniti. Na zadovoljstvo pri delu vpliva veliko število dejavnikov (delo samo, možnosti napredovanja, osebne karakteristike, stil vodenja), vendar pa je ravno organizacijska klima tista, ki je najbolj neposredno povezana z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. V magistrski nalogi smo proučevali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju Vrvica Celje d.o.o. Kot instrument raziskovanja smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Osredotočili smo se na odgovore, ki so jih zapisali zaposleni v podjetju Vrvica Celje d.o.o. Dobljene rezultate smo analizirali s pomočjo statističnega programa SPSS, ki se uporablja za statistično obdelavo podatkov. Raziskava, ki smo jo izvedli, je pokazala, da so zaposleni v podjetju Vrvica Celje d.o.o. zadovoljni z delom, ki ga opravljajo na svojem delovnem mestu, so pa najmanj zadovoljni s plačo, z možnostjo napredovanja in s komunikacijo v podjetju.

Title:ANALISYS OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN THE COMPANY VRVICA CELJE D.O.O.
Abstract:Employee satisfaction means a partnership between employees and management, which is supported by technological infrastructure achieved through properly trained and motivated staff to achieve common business goals. Emergency tendency for people is to get closer to customer satisfaction and avoid dissatisfaction. Great expectations, according to this logic are result of a big motivation, but a major disappointment due to lack of acquisition. Therefore, practically never be allowed in order to nurture people false expectations, promising things that can not be fulfilled. On job satisfaction are influenced by numerous factors (work itself, promotion opportunities, personal characteristics, leadership style), but also organizational climate that which is most directly related to employee satisfaction. In the dissertation, we studied the satisfaction of employees in the company Vrvica Celje d.o.o. As an instrument of research, we used a questionnaire. We focused on the responses, which are aware of the companies employees Vrvica Celje d.o.o. Result were analyzed using SPSS statistical program used for statistical data processing. A survey which we conducted showed that the employeers are satisfited with the work they do in their job, but they are least satisfied with salary, the chance of promotion and communication within the company.
