Abstract:
Pričujoče delo obravnava pristop k reševanju problema izbire dobaviteljev v oskrbni verigi. Dobavitelji so prvi člen v oskrbni verigi in od njih je odvisna celotna nadaljnja veriga, zato je pomembno, da vemo, s kakšnimi dobavitelji imamo opravka. Ocenjevanje dobaviteljev pa je relativno zahteven postopek. Da bi bilo ocenjevanje dobaviteljev lažje, si tržniki pomagajo z različnimi pripomočki in pravili. Eden izmed novejših in obetajočih pripomočkov je uporaba mehke (fuzzy) logike, saj lahko ta učinkovito obravnava nejasne,netočne, stohastične in dinamične vhodne parametre. Delo je razdeljeno na tri dele. V prvem, teoretičnem delu, so podane osnove mehke logike, predstavljene so oskrbne verige, nabavne funkcije in postopki za ocenjevanje dobaviteljev. V drugem delu so podani dosežki in spoznanja drugih avtorjev. V tretjem delu pa je podan hipotetični primer izbire dobaviteljev. Najprimernejšega dobavitelja smo izbrali s pomočjo sistema, temelječega na mehki logiki. Rešitev je upoštevala tako kvantitativne kot kvalitativne lastnosti dobaviteljev. Za izgradnjo sistema za izbor dobavitelja smo uporabili program MATLAB/Simulink.

USE OF FUZZY LOGIC FOR ASSESSMENT OF SUPPLIERS IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN
Abstract:
This paper is aimed to present an approach to solving the problem of choice of suppliers in the supply chain. Suppliers are the first link in the supply chain and the whole supply chain is dependent on them, so it is very important to know with what kind of suppliers we deal with. However evaluation of suppliers is a relatively complex procedure. To facilitate the evaluation of suppliers, marketers use various tools and rules. One of the more recent and promising approach is the use the fuzzy logic, because it can effectively deals with ambiguous, imprecise, stochastic and dynamic input parameters. This Master Thesis is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical part, are given basic of fuzzy logic. In the first part I also present the supply chain, purchasing functions and procedures for evaluating suppliers. The second part presents the achievements and findings of other authors. In the third part is given the hypothetical example of supplier selection. The most suitable supplier was selected by a system that based on fuzzy logic. The solution takes into account both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of suppliers. For making a system for supplier selection, we used the program MATLAB/Simulink.
