Abstract:
V tej diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zgodovina Rusije od smrti carja Ivana IV. Groznega leta 1584 do prvih nekaj desetletij sedemnajstega stoletja. Največji poudarek je na zamenjavi vladarske dinastije Rjurikovičev z dinastijo Romanov, ki je vladala vse do nastanka Sovjetske zveze 1917. V tej diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni različni segmenti življenja v takratnem času od religije, gospodarstva, vsakdanjega življenja, družbenih slojev, bivalnih razmer, vojn do bojev za oblast med različnimi interesnimi skupinami znotraj in zunaj meja Rusije. Velika pozornost je namenjena tudi obdobju nastopa prvih dveh carjev iz dinastije Romanov in njunim prizadevanjem po stabilizaciji in utrditvi meja ruskega carstva.

Title:
The history of Russia in the first half of the 17th century
Abstract:
The content of the thesis is the presentation of the Russian history since the death of the Tsar Ivan the Terrible in 1584 to the first decades of the 17th century. The emphasis is put on the replacement of the Rjurikovič dinasty, which reigned till the formation of the Soviet Union in 1917. The focus of this thesis are also various life segments of the time including religion, economy, everyday life, social classes, living conditions, wars and fight for the power among different groups of interest within and outside the russian borders. A specific attention is paid to the period of the first two Tsars of the romanov dinasty and their efforts to stabilize and consolidate the borders of the Russian empire.
