Title:Analiza skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Mariborska livarna Maribor d. d. : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je obravnavana analiza skladiščnega poslovanja v podjetju Mariborska livarna Maribor, d.d., kjer smo se osredotočili na poslovno enoto Baker. V poslovni enoti Baker izdelujejo polizdelke iz bakra in bakrovih zlitin, med njimi različne palice in žice. Problematika, ki smo jo obravnavali obsega prevzem materiala, uskladiščenje in pripravo materiala za izdajo. Namreč, pri dobavi velikih količin materiala lahko prevzem traja tudi do enega tedna, saj se mora vsaka vrsta palice stehtati in prešteti. Ves material, ki pride v skladišče se skladišči, oziroma manipulira ročno, pri čemer se porabi veliko časa in večje število zaposlenih v skladišču. V okviru diplomskega dela je na osnovi posnetka obstoječega stanja predstavljena rešitev informacijske podpore skladiščnega poslovanja v poslovni enoti Baker. Predlagana je uvedba tehnologije črtne kode ter programska rešitev s pripadajočo opremo. Z reorganizacijo procesov in informacijsko podporo dosežemo učinkovitejšo skladiščno poslovanje v izbrani enoti.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE WAREHOUSING BUSINESS IN THE COMPANY MLM, d.d.
Abstract:In this graduation paper an analyse of warehouse operating in company MLM d.d. is being discussed. We are focused on business unit Baker. In business unit Baker they produce semi manufactures of baker, baker alloy, among them different ingots and wires. Problems that are being discussed include takeovers of materials, warehousing and arrangement of materials for edition. Namely, by delivery of big quantities of material the takeover can take also a week, because every kind of rod has to be measured and weighted. All the material that comes into the warehouse is being warehoused, respectively is being handled by hand, what takes much more time and more employees in the warehouse. Within this graduation work, on a basis of an imitation of current condition, a solution of informational assistance of warehouse operating in business unit Baker is being presented. Introduction of the bar code technology and the programme solution with the appurtenance equipment is being suggested. With the reorganisation of process and informational support we attain efficient warehouse operating in the selected unit.
