Abstract:
V literaturi praktično ne zasledimo povezovanja na eni strani taktike in strategije uporabe tankov v vojni in logistične podpore tankov. Cilj tega magistrskega dela pa je prav povezovanje teh dveh znanj. V prvem delu so opredeljene teoretične osnove. Sledi obdelava uporabe tankov v vojni skozi zgodovino. Na posameznih primerih tako lahko opažamo pozitivna in negativna dejstva na področju uporabe tankov v vojni in njihove logistične podpore. Na osnovi pridobljenih ugotovitev sledi del, v katerem so opredeljene načelne rešitve posameznih problemov logistične podpore tankov v vojni in načela, ki preprečujejo, da bi do problemov pri logistični podpori tankov sploh prišlo. Magistrsko delo dokazuje nujnost hkratnega razvoja načina uporabe tankov v vojni in razvoja logistične podpore tankov v vojni, hkrati pa opozarja na nujnost skupnega delovanja operative in logistike v vojaških enotah.

Title:
LOGISTIC SUPPORT OF TANKS IN WAR
Abstract:
We can hardly find any useful literature regarding the connection between the tactics and strategy of using tanks in warfare on the one hand and logistic support for the tanks on the other. This is the main purpose of this Master's degree. In the first section we define basic theories, which are followed by an analysis of using tanks in warfare throughout history. We look for advantages and disadvantages of using tanks in warfare and of the logistic support for them as seen in individual examples from history. Next, we use the gathered findings to define theoretical solutions to different problems facing logistic support of tanks during warfare, as well as the principles to prevent these problems from arising. The Master's degree serves as proof of the importance of simultaneous development of the way tanks are used in warfare and development of logistic support for the tanks during the battle. At the same time, this paper points out the importance of collective operative and logistics operations.
