Abstract:
Življenjsko stilne revije imajo pomemben vpliv na oblikovanje posameznikovega življenjskega stila, zato je pomembno, da upoštevajo etične norme. V diplomskem delu definiramo življenjsko stilne revije in življenjsko stilno novinarstvo ter se na kratko dotaknemo tudi razvoja in zgodovine tega področja. V nadaljevanju teoretsko opredelimo še novinarsko etiko in etične dileme, v ospredje pa postavljamo vprašanje, ali se etični dilemi prikritega oglaševanja in neustreznega navajanja virov informacij v življenjsko stilnih revijah pojavljata pogosteje kot v splošnih revijah. Na podlagi ustrezne teoretične podlage skozi lastno raziskavo ugotavljamo, da je pojavnost najbolj perečih etičnih dilem v specializiranih življenjsko stilnih revijah večja kot v splošnih revijah.

ETHICAL DILEMMAS IN LIFESTYLE MAGAZINES
Abstract:
Life-style magazines have an important impact in the process of formation of individiual self. Therefore it is important that they follow ethical standards. This thesis defines life style magazines, lifestyle journalism and briefly touch the developement and history of this area. Furthermore it defines journalistic ethics and ethical dilemmas. On the theorethical basis and through our own research we are discovering that the most pressing ethical dilemmas in the specialized lifestyle magazines are greather than in general journals.
