Abstract:V diplomski nalogi raziskujem Zakon o malem delu (ZMD), ki naj bi temeljito reformiral študentsko in druge oblike priložnostnega in občasnega dela z uvedbo malega dela. Določbe ZMD primerjam s sedanjo ureditvijo študentskega dela, obenem pa obravnavam tudi malo delo, kot fleksibilno oz. atipično obliko zaposlitve po Zakonu o preprečevanju dela in zaposlovanja na črno. Obravnavam fleksibilne oblike zaposlitve in pišem o razlogih zakaj vse več delodajalcev odstopa od sklepanja splošne pogodbe o zaposlitvi za nedoločen čas. Moj zaključek glede ZMD je, da bi nova ureditev študentskega zaposlovanja bila pozitivna in da bi se na podlagi ZMD povečala zaposlenost.

Title:MINI JOBS - new form of student's employment
Abstract:In my Diploma I made a research about The Minijob Law, that will thoroughly reform student employment and other forms of occasional and part-time work by introducing minijobs. I compare legalities of The Minijob Law with the current student employment. Furthermore, I made a research on minijob, flexible form of work, that was introduced by The Law about preventing undeclared employment and undeclared work. I discussed flexible work and in this regard why more and more employers deviate from signing the general employment contract for the indefinite time. My conclusion is that The Minijob Law is positive and that due to minijobs the unemployment rate will be lower.
