Abstract:
Diplomsko delo zajema analizo, modeliranje in simuliranje, načrtovanje in izvedbo regulatorja temperature v komori z vgrajenim sistemom hlajenja in segrevanja. Podan je postopek določanja parametrov PI–regulatorja z metodo stopničnega odziva Ziegler in Nichols. Model komore je zapisan v obliki prenosne funkcije poenostavljenega toplotnega vezja po analogiji s koncentriranimi RC elementi. Izvedba regulatorja je digitalna, z uporabo 8–bitnega mikrokrmilnika. Želeno temperaturo lahko nastavljamo v razponu med -5°C in 50°C s korakom 0,1°C. Ločljivost uporabljenega digitalnega termometra znaša 0,0625°C. Delovno področje komore je med 5°C in 35°C.

TEMPERATURE CHAMBER CONTROL
Abstract:
The diploma work describes analysis, modelling and simulation, designing and realization of the temperature control system of temperature chamber with built–in cooling and heating system. The procedure for determining the parameters of PI–controller using a Ziegler and Nichols step response method is presented. The chamber model is represented with a transfer function of simple thermal circuit using analogy with lumped RC elements. The digital controller is implemented on 8–bit microcontroller. The desired temperature range between -5°C and 50°C can be set in steps of 0,1°C. Divisibility of used digital thermometer is 0,0625°C. The working range of chamber is between 5°C and 35°C.
