Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi želimo prikazati primer uresničevanja poslovnega načrta za pokriti bazen s pripadajočimi prostori za dopolnilne dejavnosti – Vodni park Ruše. Analizirali smo predvsem predračunane kategorije poslovnoizidnega toka ter jih primerjali z uresničenimi eno leto po odprtju pokritega bazena. Namen analiz je bil ugotoviti vzroke za razlike med uresničenimi in predračunanimi kategorijami, kolikšen delež pri poslovanju pokritega bazena mora za njegovo delovanje prispevati lokalna skupnost in kakšen je najprimernejši pravni status upravljavca. Predstavili smo različice poslovanja, ki so upoštevale dajanje v najem posameznih zaključenih enot objekta. Na osnovi primerjave med poslovnim načrtom in uresničevanjem le - tega, smo načrtovali potreben delež lokalne skupnosti za delovanje pokritega bazena.

EXAMPLE OF A BUSINESS PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract:
In this diploma work we wish to show an example of the implementation of a business plan for an indoor swimming pool and associated facilities for complementary activities – the Water park Ruše. Above all we will analyze the budgeted income statement elements and compare them with the actual one year after the opening of the indoor pool. The purpose of this analysis was to identify the reasons for the differences between the actual and the budgeted elements, to define the share of funding that needs to be provided by the local community for the indoor swimming pool operation and what is the most appropriate legal status of the swimming pool operator. We have also presented different business versions which considered leasing of particular units of the facility. Based on the comparison between the business plan and its realization, we have planned the share of funding that needs to be provided by the local community for the operation of the indoor pool.
