Abstract:
Diplomsko delo opiše razvoj IP telefonske centrale z uporabo odprto kodne programske opreme in namensko razvitih komponent, ki so del diplomskega dela. Uporabljeni so prosto dostopni in uveljavljeni VoIP internetni protokoli. Izvedbo bomo gradili na programski komponenti FreeSWITCH, ki implementira in abstrahira tehnologije za izvedbo telekomunikacijskih storitev. Opisali bomo delovanje, nastavitev in postopke izvedbe storitev IP telefonske centrale ter predstavili uporabljene tehnologije. Praktični izdelek diplomske naloge predstavlja integracija namenskih komponentv celovit sistem. To dosežemo z izdelavo aplikacije, ki s podatkovno bazo omogoča avtomatizacijo procesov in konfiguracij telefonske centrale in odjemalcev, ki jo razvijemo kot del diplomskega dela. Sistem bomo implementirati univerzalno in modularno neodvisno od posameznih komponent. Rezultat celotne integracije bomo primerjali z obstoječimi sistemi in izpostavili prednosti ter slabosti rešitve.

IMPLEMENTING IP PBX SWITCH BASED ON FREESWITCH PLATFORM
Abstract:
Thesis describes the development of IP PBX switch that leverages open source software and purposely developed components that comprise practical part of the thesis. Freely available and standardized VoIP protocols were used for implementation. The PBX fundation will use the FreeSWITCH software, which implements and abstracts needed technologies for offering telecommunications services. We describe the operation, configuration and implementation of practical VoIP solution and highlight needed technology components. Practical product consists of the integration of VoIP and management components in an integrated system. This is achieved by database backed application to automate processes of configurations of PBX and client infrastructure, which is developed as part of the thesis. The system will be implemented universally and independently of the individual components. The resulting product will be compared with existing systems and we will highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the solution.
