Abstract:Gospodarska kriza v svetu in pri nas za seboj ni pustila le brezposelnosti, temveč je bil to tudi klic, da mora trg dela postati fleksibilnejši. Ena izmed aktualnih oblik dela, ki kaže na povečano fleksibilnost je e-delo oz. delo na domu. Delo na domu je eden izmed svetovnih trendov, ki pod svojim imenom skriva tako pozitivne kot tudi negativne lastnosti. Med prednosti bi tako lahko šteli nižje stroške prevoza na delo, večjo fleksibilnost in motivacijo zaposlenih, prihranek podjetja zaradi manjših potreb po poslovnih prostorih, za slabosti pa bi lahko označili motnje s strani družinskih članov, slabšo programsko opremo, težji nadzor dela oziroma ocenjevanja zaposlenih ipd. Vsekakor si tako zaposleni kot tudi podjetje s fleksibilnimi oblikami dela povečujejo moralo, produktivnost, učinkovitost, pridobivajo nove talente in obdržijo dobre zaposlene. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov — teoretičnega in praktičnega. Teoretični del diplomske naloge vsebuje opise in razlage fleksibilnih oblik zaposlovanja, s poudarkom na delu od doma. Delo na domu je pogost način, ki ponuja zaposlitev. Je način, ki lahko podjetju močno zniža stroške in tako lažje preživi težke čase gospodarske krize. Delo na domu mora imeti visoko informacijsko vsebnost, ne sme biti vezano na pogosto komuniciranje, mora biti točno določeno, diskretno, z natančno opredeljenimi cilji. Pomemben del predstavlja povezava dela na domu z zasebnim življenjem zaposlenih. Velikokrat je namreč težko usklajevati zasebno življenje z delom, saj obe strani zahtevata svoje vrste pozornosti. Na eni strani je nadrejeni, ki od nas pričakuje stalno angažiranost, pripravljenost za delo, na drugi strani pa naša družina, ki teži k vsakodnevni pozornosti in skrbi. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene zakonske ureditve fleksibilnega zaposlovanja, na podlagi slovenskih pravnih virov. V praktičnem delu je predstavljeno podjetje IBM Slovenija, d.o.o.. S pomočjo raziskave smo skušali ugotoviti, zakaj v podjetju težijo k takemu zaposlovanju, na podlagi česa se zaposleni odločajo za takšno obliko ter katere so tiste lastnosti oziroma pogoji, ki jih je potrebno izpolnjevati, če hočemo izvajati delo od doma. Na osnovi rezultatov raziskave smo podali ugotovitve in predloge glede vpeljave dela na domu kot ene izmed fleksibilnih oblik dela.

Title:WORKING AT HOME AS FORM OF FLEXIBLE HIRING IN SLOVENIAN COMPANY IBM SLOVENIA D.O.O.
Abstract:The economic crisis in the world and also in our place didn’t leave behind only unemployment, but it was also a call that the job market become more flexible. One of the current forms of work, which shows the increased flexibility is e-work or working at home. Working at home is one of the world trends, but under his own name is hiding both positive and negative features. Among the advantages we could also considered lower costs of transport to work, greater flexibility and motivation of employees, savings for the company from reduced demand for office space, the disadvantages could be described as interference by family members, poor software, hard work and supervision of staff evaluation, etc.. In any event, the employees as well as company with flexible work practices increase morale, productivity, efficiency and acquiring new talent and retain good employees. The diploma work is composed of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this work contains descriptions and explanations of flexible forms of employment, with an emphasis on working at home. Working at home is a common way of offering employment. Is the way that can significantly reduce costs to the company and make it easier to survive the difficult times of economic crisis. Working at home must have a high information content, it can not be linked to frequent communication and it must be precisely defined, discrete, with well defined objectives. An important part of the theory is also the connection of working at home and private life of employees, just as we have presented how the flexible employment is regulated. It is often difficult to reconcile family life with work, as both sides call for your kindness and attention. On one side there are superiors, that are expected permanent engagement, willingness to work, and on the other hand our family, tending to daily attention and care. Below there are presented regulation of flexible employment on the basis of Slovenian legal sources. The practical part presents the IBM Slovenia doo company. Through research, we tried to determine why the company tend to such employment, on what basis the employees decide for this form and what are the characteristics or conditions that must be fulfil if we want to perform working at home. Based on the results of the research we presented the findings and proposals regarding the introduction of workig at home as one of the flexible forms of work.
