Abstract:
Obstaja veliko razlik med velikimi in majhnimi podjetji npr. v organizacijskih strukturah, številu zaposlenih, višini prometa, ki ga ustvarjajo, prav gotovo obstaja tudi razlika v procesu planiranja izobraževanja kadrov. V diplomski nalogi sem želela ugotoviti ali obstaja razlika med velikimi in malimi podjetji z vidika planiranja izobraževanja kadrov.
