Title:PRIMERJALNA ANALIZA RAČUNALNIŠKIH REŠITEV Z PODPORO RAČUNOVODSKIH SERVISOV

Abstract:Računovodstvo je posebna celota delov informacijskih dejavnosti, znotraj katerih se zbirajo, urejajo, obdelujejo, prikazujejo in shranjujejo podatki. Računovodstvo zasebnikov in družb je pomembno zaradi državnih oz. davčnih potreb, kot tudi zaradi interesov odločanja o poslovanju. Informacijski sistem in poslovanje podjetja morata biti usmerjena v doseganje ciljev in prilagodljiva. Pri predvidevanju spremenjenih potreb strank in pravočasnem odzivanju na nove zahteve igrajo najpomembnejšo vlogo informacijski sistemi. Informacijski sistemi so osnova za integriranje in prenovo poslovnih procesov, saj povečajo učinkovitost, vnesejo v poslovanje večjo živahnost ter pospešijo hitrost izvajanja. Ukvarjala sem se z analiziranjem dveh programskih orodij, ki jih v računovodskih servisih uporabljajo. Prikazano je delovanje aplikacij, kot tudi prednosti in slabosti na katere lahko naletijo uporabniki pri njihovi uporabi. Računovodski servis potrebuje za kakovostno delo tudi primerne računalniške programe za vodenje poslovnih knjig. Primeren je takšen program, ki omogoča avtomatičen prenos podatkov iz programov fakturiranja in analitičnih knjigovodstev, ki jih uporabljajo naročniki, v glavno knjigo, ki se vodi na sedežu računovodskega servisa. Na ta način se z enim vnosom podatkov razporedi vnesene podatke na različne ravni obdelave. Program mora biti hiter in zanesljiv. Za uspešno in učinkovito uporabo poslovne programske opreme je še vedno najbolj pomembno znanje računovodje, prav tako tudi znanje in izkušnje izdelovalcev programske opreme. Z računalniškimi programi je zagotovljen stalni nadzor in hitrejše informacije, ki jih potrebujejo notranji in zunanji porabniki. Kot vsako orodje, je tudi računalniški program za vodenje računovodstva le orodje, ki ga moramo izbrati tako, da bo primerno za obdelavo naših podatkov. Sodobna tehnologija in modernejši programi, nam omogočajo avtomatizirano, rutinsko in hitrejše spremljanje poslovnih dogodkov, ki pomeni ključno vlogo pri spremembah v računovodskih servisih. Program Birokrat je sestavljen iz več različnih modulov, tako da lahko uporabnik kupi samo te, ki jih resnično potrebuje. Ker je popolnoma odprt in izredno povezljiv sistem, ga lahko razvijamo kot to narekujejo potrebe poslovanja podjetja. Velika prednost programskega paketa Hermes je v tem, da je zelo priročen, saj dopušča zelo veliko nastavitev znotraj obstoječih obdelav in omogoča selekcioniranje podatkov. Za zahtevnejše uporabnike je na voljo širok nabor razširitev, s katerimi je možno programsko rešitev dodatno nadgraditi in ji dodati nove dimenzije obvladovanja poslovnih procesov. V Sloveniji elektronska izmenjava računovodskih podatkov poteka preko več domačih certifikatskih agencij. Poznamo tri najbolj znane, ki izdajajo kvalificirana digitalna potrdila so POŠTA®CA, Halcom Informatika in Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. S kvalificiranim digitalnim potrdilom poteka prenos podatkov na portal e-davki kot tudi predložitev letnih poročil gospodarskih družb na AJPES.

Title:COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF COMPUTER SOLUTIONS WITH SUPPORT OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Abstract:Accounting is a special field comprising different types of information activities such as collecting, editing, processing, displaying and storing. The accounts of private individuals and companies are important for national or fiscal needs, as well as for the interests of business decision-making. Information systems and businesses must be directed towards achieving objectives and being flexible. Information systems play a key role in anticipating changes in the needs of customers and must be able to respond to new demands on time. Information systems are the basis for integrating and renewing business processes, increasing efficiency, bringing more activity into business and improving the pace of their implementation. In this thesis two software tools which are most often used in accounting services were analysed. The performance of applications, as well as the advantages and disadvantages which users may face in their use, are shown. Quality working accounting services need appropriate software for book-keeping. Such a program is suitable if it allows the automatic transfer of data from programs for billing and analytical book-keeping used by customers, to the general ledger, which is kept at the headquarters of the accounting service. In this way, with one entry of data distributed data is entered at various levels of processing. The program must be fast and reliable. For the efficient and effective use of business software the most important skill is still the knowledge of the accountant, as well as the knowledge and experience of software manufacturers. With different software continuity of control and faster information for internal and external users must be ensured. Like every tool, computer software for managing accounts is only a tool and it has to be chosen so that it is suitable for processing our data. Modern technology and modern software allow automatic, routine and faster monitoring of transactions, which play a key role in changes in accounting services. The Birokrat software consists of several modules. A potential user can make his own decision regarding which one to buy on the basis of his specific needs. Since it is a completely open and highly compatible system, you can develop it as dictated by the needs of the company. The great advantage of the Hermes software package is that it is very convenient because it allows a lot of settings within existing processes and selections of data. For more advanced users a wide range of extensions is available, which could enable the Hermes software solution to be further upgraded and new dimensions to be added to the management of business processes. The electronic exchange of accounting data in Slovenia is performed via several national certification agencies. Three of the best known providers issuing qualified digital certificates are POŠTA®CA, Halcom Informatika and Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. Also the transfer of data to the portal e-taxes, as well as the submission of annual reports of companies to AJPES, is carried out via qualified digital certificates.
