Abstract:V delu so opisani tipi tranzistorskih pretvornikov za različne vrste elektromotorjev. Opisani so potrebni sklopi za izvedbo zanesljivega in varnega delovanja pretvornika. Podani so izračuni in navodila za izvedbo nizkoinduktivne DC zbiralke, potrebni ukrepi za zadostitev pogojem elektromagnetne kompatibilnosti, potrebne zaščitne funkcije in parametri za izvedbo optimalne prožilne stopnje za MOSFET ali IGBT tranzistorje. Vgrajeni senzorji električnih in neelektričnih veličin, mikrokontroler z ustrezno programsko opremo in komunikacija z nadrejenim sistemom predstavlja vgrajeno inteligenco, ki omogoča varno in zanesljivo delovanje pretvornikov. Podan je primer pretvornika za delovanje v eksplozijsko nevarnem okolju. Pretvornik je bil obsežno testiran v laboratorijskem okolju in na objektu v jami Premogovnika Velenje.

Title:INTELIGENT TRANSISTOR INVERTERS
Abstract:Typical inverter configurations for various motor types are presented. Necessary elements for safe and reliable operation are described. Calculations for low DC link bus inductance are given, measures to meet electromagnetic compatibility limits are given, necessary protection functions and parameters for optimal MOSFET or IGBT drivers are described. Together with embedded sensors for electric and other signals, a microcontroller with specific software and communication with master system represents a kind of intelligence for a safe and reliable inverter operation. An example inverter for a hazardous environment in described. Inverter design, simulation and extensive tests in laboratory and on site environment are given.
