Abstract:
Nepridobitne organizacije so javni zavodi za opravljanje javnih služb. Delujejo v javnem interesu. Cilj njihovega delovanja ni ustvarjanje dobička, temveč njihovo poslanstvo, ki je zagotovitev storitev in dobrin v javnem interesu. Skozi vsa leta delovanja Zavoda za slepo in slabovidno mladino so se spremenili zakonodajni okvirji, družbena odgovornost, trendi izobraževanja posledično pa se je tudi spremenilo poslanstvo Zavoda. Tako sem v diplomski nalogi opisala trenutno organiziranost in na podlagi vseh dejstev, ki so razloženi v nalogi predlagala novo organiziranost.

Title:
ORGANIZATION OF THE CENTRE FOR HELPING THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Abstract:
Non-profitable organizations are public institutions for performing public services. They work for the benefit of the public. The aim of their performance is not making profit but their mission, which is providing services and goods for the benefit of the public. The legislative framework, social responsibility and educational trends changed through the years of performance of The Institute for the blind and weak-sighted youth and consequently, the mission of the Institute changed as well. In my thesis I have described the current organization of the Institute and on the basis of all facts, which are explained in this thesis, I have suggested new organization.
