Abstract:V diplomskem delu Zdravstvene pravice otrok so predstavljene zdravstvene pravice otrok ter obveščenost in mnenja staršev na področju zdravstvenih pravic otroka. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni delujoči organi na področju zdravstvenih pravic otrok. V nadaljevanju sledi navedba zakonov in pravilnikov na omenjem področju v Sloveniji. Teoretični del zavzema tudi opis različnih področij, kjer otrokom pripadajo zdravstvene pravice. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, s katero smo ugotavljali, kakšna je obveščenost in kakšna so mnenja staršev o otrokovih zdravstvenih pravicah. V empiričnem delu so z deskriptivno metodo empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja preverjene in ovrednotene zastavljene hipoteze. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da obveščenost staršev o otrokovih zdravstvenih pravicah ni zadostna.

Title:CHILD'S MEDICAL RIGHTS
Abstract:This diploma thesis presents children’s rights to health as well as parents’ awareness and opinion regarding the field of these rights. In the theoretical part of the thesis, firstly, relevant bodies in the field of children’s health rights are introduced. This is followed by a list of laws and regulations related to the aforementioned field in Slovenia. The theoretical part also comprises the description of various fields where children’s rights to health are guaranteed. The empirical part of the thesis introduces the results of the research, which was carried out in order to examine parents’ awareness of, and opinion on, children’s rights to health. We were trying to find out to what extent parents are aware of children’s health rights, what they know and what experiences they have about these rights being violated, as well as what they think about possible changes in this field. The data, analysed in this thesis, was obtained from the questionnaire intended for parents of pre-school children attending Šentjur Kindergarten. The hypotheses were checked and evaluated by using a descriptive method of empirical pedagogical research. The results revealed that parents lack sufficient awareness of children’s health rights.
