Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema litje in analizo litine Niresist-D2 ter trženjsko analizo te litine v podjetju Omco Feniks Slovenija d.o.o. V prvem poglavju je na splošno pojasnjeno kaj je livarstvo,opisane so železove,nodularne in niresist litine, prikazano pa je tudi kaj vpliva na delovanje organizacije in s tem povezano prodajo. V drugem poglavju je opisana celotna tehnologijo litja litine Niresist-D2 v podjetju Omco Feniks Slovenija d.o.o. Ta zajema priprava modelov, taljenje železovih zlitin,izdelava jeder in peščenih form,ulivanja in čiščenja ulitkov. Vključeni so tudi pomožni procesi, kot sta skladiščenje in vzdrževanje. To poglavje predstavlja kratek opis črpalk in sestavnih delov stroja za deljenje testa,ki je iz omenjene litine. V delu je bila raziskana kemijska sestava in mikroskopska struktura litine. Predstavljena je rešitev problema slabe obdelovalnosti,do katere smo prišli skupaj s tamkajšnjimi strokovnjaki. Predstavljena je analiza dejavnikov širšega,ožjega in notranjega okolja pri litju Niresist in nodularnih litin,ter izračunan tržni potencial in delež ter napovedana prodaja omenjenih litin za leto 2011 v podjetju Omco Feniks Slovenija d.o.o.

Title:FEATURES OF NIRESIST-D2 AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR NIRESIST SPHEROIDAL CAST IRON
Abstract:The work includes analysis of the iron casting and Niresist-D2 and marketing analysis of the iron in the company Omco Feniks Slovenija d.o.o. In the first section is described iron casting, ductile iron and cast niresist. Further, the effects on the organizations and related sales are explained. The second chapter shows the overall technology of casting Niresist -D2 in the company Omco Feniks Slovenija d.o.o. This includes the preparation of molds, the melting of ferrous alloys, core making and sand form, casting and cleaning castings. The auxiliary processes, such as storage and maintenance also presented. This section contains a brief description of pumps and components of the machine made of Niresist – D2 and is used to divide the dough in bakery industry. In this work the chemical composition and microscopic structure of the cast Niresist – D2 was investigated. The solution of the problem of the company is proposed with the help of the experts there. The study presents an analysis of the factors of wider, narrower, and the internal environment in the casting niresist and ductile iron. The potential and the market share and forecast sales in the same company are calculated.
