Title:MANAGER AND LEADERSHIP OF A COMPANY
Abstract:Company works well only if management also works well, if it does not work well, then the company can not be successful. It is important that managers pay special attention during the accomplishing their work on deciding, communicating and rather than problems on opportunities, which can direct the company to the future. Manager has to take the responsibility for decisions but at the same time he has to be a good planner and must have prepare many strategies, because often happens that planned things do not put forward as they should and in that case it is necessary to decide for another way. To discover that it is necessary simultaneously observing and control. General idea is that only senior management takes important decisions but it is not so. Important decisions are taken at the all levels of organization; important decisions are also taken by managers on the lower level, middle level, and by various experts. Managers have to take care at the all levels that the decisions, which were taken, contain quality information needed for work to be done and also that everybody understands them. It is necessary to present them, not only to the superior but also subordinates. However the information should not go only in one direction from superiors to subordinates, but managers have to listen and consider the flow of information they receive from subordinates or peer.
