Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisan razviti sistem za statično preizkušanje impedančnih karakteristik distančne zaščite. Sistem je sestavljen iz računalniškega programa GenspDZ, napisanega v programskem okolju MATLAB in iz signalnega ojačevalnika za sekundarno preizkušanje zaščitnih relejev OMICRON CMC 256-6. S programom GenspDZ je mogoče generirati preizkusne toke in napetosti, ter jih shraniti v datoteke formata COMTRADE. Z datotekami in s signalnim ojačevalnikom OMICRON je nato mogoče preizkusiti delovanje distančne zaščite. Z razvitim sistemom smo preizkusili karakteristiki zaščitnih relejev ABB REL 521 in Siemens S7A611.

STATIC TESTING OF DISTANCE PROTECTION
Abstract:
The thesis describes a system developed for static testing of distance protection impedance characteristic. The system consists of a computer program GenspDZ, written in MATLAB and the signal amplifier for secondary testing of protective relays OMICRON CMC 256-6. The program GenspDZ generates test currents and voltages, and stores them in a COMTRADE file format. Distance protection operation can then be tested with generated files and OMICRON signal amplifier. The developed system was tested with protective relays ABB REL 521 and Siemens S7A611.
