Abstract:
Podjetja v današnjem času morajo ves čas biti usmerjana v nenehen razvoj, saj z razvojem nenehno inovirajo, ter so dovzetna za inovacije. Zato samo zares inovativno podjetje z inovativnim poslovanjem ima dolgoročne možnosti za uspeh na zahtevnem trgu z izdelki, procesi ali storitvami, ki jih trži. Imeti mora primerno zasnovano inovacijsko strategijo. Nastanek in razvoj inovacij ni enostaven. V podjetju morajo težiti k ustvarjalnosti svojih zaposlenih ter morajo ustvariti ustvarjalno in inovativno delovno okolje za nastajanje novih zamisli in zajemati invencije in jih spreminjati v inovacije. Na koncu pa inovacije tudi uvajati na trg, ter jih spremljati, da pridobijo informacije ali tržni udeleženci sprejmejo ali zavrnejo inovacije. Inovativni proizvodi, inovativne tehnologije, organizacijske izboljšave in tržne inovacije so konkurenčna prednost, s katero podjetje ustvari večje dobičke od tekmecev, kar mu omogoči boljšo pozicijo na trgu, večjo prepoznavnost … Motiv za in koristi od svojega početja morata imeti tako inovator, kot podjetje.

INOVATIONS OF THE COMPANY HENKEL SLOVENIA D.O.O.
Abstract:
Nowadays companies should be constantly focused on the continuous development in order to stimulate constant innovations and to be receptive to innovation. Therefore on a long term a truly innovative company with an innovative business has prospects to succeed on a demanding market with products, processes or services which it is selling. It must have a properly devised innovation strategy. An origin and a development of the innovation are not simple. The company must strive towards a creativity of its employees and enable a creative work environment in order to develop new ideas and to change inventions into innovations. Finally they should introduce the innovations on the market and change them in order to obtain information whether the market participants are going to accept or reject the innovation. Innovative products, innovative technologies, organizational improvements and market innovations are an advantage concerning the competition, which creates higher profits than the competition and the company gains a better position and a better reconcilability on the market. Both the innovator and the company should have a motive and benefit from the innovation.
