Abstract:
V diplomskem seminarju smo v začetnih poglavjih predstavili in opredelili družinsko podjetje. Opisali smo njegove prednosti in slabosti, razlike med družinskim in nedružinskim podjetjem ter prepletanje družinskega in poslovnega sistema. Nato smo pozornost namenili družini v družinskem podjetju, ki je srce podjetja. Opisali smo njihove medsebojne odnose, predstavili možne konflikte med njimi in rešitve za njihovo odpravljanje. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili še nasledstvo in nasledstvene možnosti ter probleme, ki nastanejo, če ustanovitelji nasledstva ne planirajo. V zadnjih poglavjih diplomskega seminarja smo predstavili tudi resnično podjetje, opisali družino in njihove odnose. Za podjetje smo pripravili tudi predlog nasledstvenega plana, ki bo lahko v pomoč ustanovitelju ob njegovi predaji podjetja na drugo generacijo.

Title:
SUCCESSION POSSIBILITIES IN THE FAMILY ENTERPRISE
Abstract:
In the first chapters of the diploma seminar a family enterprise is presented and defined. We described its advantages and disadvantages, differences between a family and non-family enterprise and the interweaving of family and business system. Then we focused on the family in a family enterprise which is its core. We described their relationships, presented possible conflicts among them and solutions for their elimination. In the continuation we presented succession and succession possibilities and problems that arise if the founders do not plan the succession. In the last chapters of the diploma seminar we presented a real enterprise, described the family and their relationships. We also prepared a proposal of the succession plan for the enterprise that can be of help to the founder when turning the enterprise over to the next generation.
