Abstract:
Prevoz nevarnih snovi je zelo kompleksen proces, katerega omejuje številni predpisi in zakoni. Da je prevoz varen, se je teh zahtev potrebno strogo držati, saj lahko pride v nasprotnem primeru do hudih posledic. Nevarne snovi so lahko zaradi svojih lastnosti škodljive ljudem, živalim in okolju, predstavljajo pa tudi zelo veliko tveganje za nastanek katastrofalnih nezgod. Zaradi tega morajo biti vsi udeleženci pri prevozu nevarnih snovi ustrezno usposobljeni za delo z nevarnimi snovmi. Ker je prevoz nevarnih snovi zelo obsežna tematika, sem se v diplomski nalogi posvetil prevozu vnetljivih tekočin na primeru podjetja Etol d.d, ki se med drugim ukvarja tudi z proizvodnjo vnetljivih aditivov. V nalogi je opisan celoten proces organizacije prevoza vnetljivih aditivov, dolžnosti vseh sodelujočih ter predpisi in zakoni, ki veljajo pri prevozu nevarnih snovi. Opisana so tudi vozila za prevoz vnetljivih aditivov, njihova oprema ter kako pravilno označiti vozila in embalažo. Za primerjavo je predstavljena tudi organizacija nevarnih snovi v podjetju Cinkarna Celje, na koncu pa so podani še predlogi izboljšav.

ORGANISING OF TRANSPORT OF INFLAMMABLE ADDITIVES ON CASE OF COMPANY ETOL D.D.
Abstract:
Transport of hazardous substances is a very complex process which is limited restricted by numerous regulations and laws. It is very important that these demands are met so that the transport is safe otherwise it can lead to serious consequences. Hazardous substances can be harmful to humans, animals and environment because of its attributes and also they present a huge risk for a potential environmental catastrophe. That is why it is very important that every participant that is involved in the process of transport of hazardous substances is properly trained and qualified to handle them. Because transport of hazardous substances is a very complex and extensive subject this diploma work is limited to transport of inflammable liquids. The example is set upon a company called Etol, d.d. that is also producing inflammable additives among their large product portfolio. The example scoops the entire process from organizing the transport of inflammable additives, duties of all involved parties to regulations and laws that apply when transporting hazardous matters. We have also taken a closer look at the vehicles that are used when transporting inflammable additives, their equipment and also how to properly mark the packaging and vehicles. For comparison we have also presented organization of hazardous substances in a company called Cinkarna Celje, d.d. and at the end we gave our preposition on how to further improve and refine the process of transport of inflammable additives.
