Abstract:Za vsako dobro delujočo organizacijo, ki ima v viziji doseči svoje cilje oziroma zastavljeno nalogo, je nujno potrebno sodelovanje ustreznih ljudi, kar pomeni določanje točne oblike tima in naloge posameznikov znotraj tima. Za izvajanje navzven preproste naloge mora tim imeti dobro organizacijo in skrbno izdelan načrt za doseganje želja naročnika in kongresnega organizatorja. Potrebna je moč sodelovanja, veliko razumevanja, časa, potrpljenja, prilagajanja, iskrenosti, povezanosti, skratka, potrebno je postati eno s timom. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela. Prvi je teoretični del, kjer so definirane vrste timskega dela, značilnosti timskega dela, njegove prednosti in slabosti, velikost tima, vloge v timih, oblikovanje timov. Predstavljena je kongresna dejavnost, kjer smo definirali oblike kongresa in njegovo delitev. Ker je Cankarjev dom kongresni organizator, je predstavljeno tudi poglavje z opisanimi nalogami in njihovimi storitvami. Sama pridobitev kongresa oziroma naročnika je zelo pomembna tako za kongresnega organizatorja kot tudi za celotno državo in prav na to temo je namenjeno poglavje o učinkih kongresne dejavnosti ter kako to vpliva tudi na celotno Slovenijo. Prav tako je predstavljen Cankarjev dom z opisom svojih zmogljivosti. V drugi polovici naloge je prikazan analitični del kot analiza opravljene ankete med člani tima, ki skrbijo za izvedbo nalog kongresne dejavnosti Cankarjevega doma. Na osnovi rezultatov raziskave so podane ugotovitve in predlogi za izboljšanje timskega dela, bodisi s strani vodje ali članov tima. Predstavljena je analiza rezultatov za vsak segment pri opravljanju nalog v timu.

Title:TEAM WORK AT ORGANIZATION OF CONGRESS IN CANKARJEV DOM
Abstract:For every well-working organization, which has a vision to achieve its goals or an assignment, the cooperation of qualified persons is crucial. That means the organization needs to create certain types of teams and divide the assignments between individuals within the team. For the implementation of what seems an easy task, a team must have good organization and carefully developed plan for achieving wishes of the customer and the congress organizer. The team needs to work together, have lots of understanding, time, patience, adaptation, sincerity, connections; in short, you have to become one with the team. This diploma assignment is separated into two parts. First we have the theoretical part, where the types of team work, the features of team work, its advantages and weaknesses, the sizes of the team, roles in teams and the forming of teams are defined. In this part we have also presented the congress activity, where we have defined the types of congresses and their division. Because Cankarjev dom is a congress organizer, we also have a chapter with described assignments and their services. The act of obtaining a congress or, better said, a customer is very important for the congress organizer, as well as for the entire country. This is what the chapter about the effects of the congress activity and its influence on entire Slovenia is explaining. Besides all of the things above we also have a presentation of Cankarjev dom with the description of its capacities. In the second part of this diploma assignment the analytical part as an analysis of the performed survey between the members of the team, who are in charge of the implementation of assignments of the congress activity in Cankarjev dom, is presented. On the base of the results of this survey we have given the findings and suggestions to improve the team work, whether the work of the head of the team needs to be improved or the work of the members of the team. We have also presented the analysis of the results for each segment of working on assignment in a team.
