Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi Razvoj gibalno-športne vzgoje v slovenskih vrtcih od leta 1945 je bil moj namen predstaviti učne načrte in kurikule, ki so krojili razvoj gibalno-športne vzgoje v slovenskih vrtcih po letu 1945. Ker so temu botrovale tako družbene spremembe kot razvoj na področju poznavanja motorike otroka v predšolskem obdobju, sem učne načrte raziskovala v razumevanju širšega družbenega konteksta, obenem pa sem iskala predvsem podobnosti in razlike v konkretnih ciljih, načelih, metodah in vsebinah gibalno-športne vzgoje predšolskih otrok. Za poglavitno metodo sem uporabila zgodovinsko metodo preučevanja bližnje in daljne preteklosti. Tu sem skušala predvsem ugotoviti, koliko so se avtorji starejših del opirali na sokolsko tradicijo pristopa k gibalno-športni vzgoji, in kako so svoj pristop skozi čas nadgrajevali z novimi spoznanji na področju športa in motorike predšolskega otroka sploh. Obenem sem posebno pozornost posvetila tranzicijskemu obdobju, ki je tudi na področju predšolske vzgoje s kurikularno prenovo prineslo precejšnje spremembe. Prišla sem do ugotovitve, da so vse do leta 1980 razvoj predšolske in gibalno-športne vzgoje v vrtcih formalno določale predvsem smernice Zavoda za šolstvo, ki pa so bile v glavnem rezultat takratnih potreb in posebnosti družbenega razvoja. Pri podrobnejšem pregledu literature sem prišla do zaključka, da sama zakonodaja pri predšolski vzgoji gibalno-športne vzgoje ni konkretizirala v njihovih oblikah in vsebinah, marveč se je pretežno omejila na splošne cilje in metode pedagoškega dela, ki so bile v določenem obdobju aktualne. Šele Vzgojni program za vzgojo in varstvo predšolskih otrok (1980) in Kurikulum za vrtce (1999) sta v tem pogledu prinesla določene spremembe.

Title:
THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN SLOVENIAN KINDERGARTENS SINCE 1945
Abstract:
In the thesis The development of physical education in Slovenian kindergartens since 1945, my intention was to present present the teaching plans and curricula, which determined the development of physical education in Slovenian kindergartens since 1945. Due to the influence of social changes and development in knowledge of kinesiology in the preschool age of a child, I explored the teaching plans through observing from a broader social context, while I was looking for particular similarities and differences in specific objectives, principles, methods and contents of physical education for preschool children. I used the method of historical study of the near and distant past as the main method. Here, I have tried in particular to determine the extent to which the authors of the older works relied on the Sokol tradition in their approach to physical education, and how they upgraded their approach over time by using new knowledge in the field of sport and kinesiology of a pre-school child. I also paid special attention to the period of transition, which also brought significant changes in the field of pre-school education through curricular reform. I came to the conclusion that untill 1980, the development of kindergarten education and physical education was formally determined by particular guidelines, given by The Institute of Education. Those mostly resulted from particular needs of that time, along with specifics of the social development. After a detailed review of the literature available, I came to the conclusion that legislation alone in kindergarten education, did not determine physical education in it's form and content, but has been mainly limited to general goals and methods of teaching that were current in a given period. Only The Educational Program for pre-school children (1980) and The Kindergarten Curriculum (1999), who have actually brought significant changes.
