Title:ZNAČILNOSTI POMURSKE AVTOCESTE IN VPLIV NA PROMETNE TOKOVE

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava značilnosti pomurske avtoceste in njen vpliv na prometne tokove. Gradnja pomurskega avtocestnega kraka je že od vstopa v EU povzročala številne težave prebivalcem zaradi vsakodnevno več tisoč prepeljanih težkih tovornjakov ob glavni cesti med Mariborom in mednarodnim mejnim prehodom Dolga vas. To dokazujejo tudi statistični podatki o obremenjenosti potniškega in tovornega prometa med izgradnjo pomurskega odseka. Vendar pa tudi dokončana gradnja pomurske avtoceste ni zadovoljila njenih uporabnikov, vzrok temu je neustrezna širina voznih pasov in odstavni pasi, ki niso speljani po celotni trasi avtocest. Vse to statistično gledano ne ustreza gostoti prometa. V diplomski nalogi se osredotočam na problematiko pomurske avtoceste in njen vpliv na prometne tokove. Uvodoma predstavljam stanje cest pred začetkom gradnje pomurske avtoceste in V. evropskega koridorja, prometno obremenitev slovenskega cestnega omrežja ter analizo obremenjenosti regionalne ceste G1( Lenart — Gornja Radgona — MMP Dolga vas). V nadaljevanju podrobneje opisujem gradnjo pomurske avtoceste, odsek Cogetinci — Vučja vas kot tudi prednosti in negativni vpliv gradnje pomurske avtoceste na regionalne ceste. V diplomi analiziram obremenjenost potniškega in tovornega prometa ter samo prometno varnost na pomurski avtocesti. V zaključku diplomske naloge primerjam obremenjenost cest pred začetkom gradnje in trenutnim stanjem dokončanega pomurskega avtocestnega kraka.

Title:HIGHWAY FEATURES IN POMURJE AND ITS IMPACT ON THE TRAFFIC FLOW
Abstract:Diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of Pomurje highway and its impact on traffic flow. Since Slovenia entered EU, construction of this highway section caused many problems for local residents. Statistic shows that every day during the construction work thousands of heavy trucks passed the main road between Maribor and international border crossing Dolga vas. However, even the built highway did not meet the expectations of its users. The main reason for that is the inadequate width of highway lanes and the incomplete emergency lane across the motorway, which statistically speaking does not correspond to the density of traffic flow. Diploma thesis describes the problem of Pomurje highway and its impact on the traffic flow. In the first part I presented the traffic conditions before the realization of Pomurje highway and the V. European corridor, the traffic load on the Slovenian road network and the analysis of regional road congestions on G1 (Lenart - Gornja Radgona - MMP Dolga vas). Hereinafter I present a detailed description of construction work of Pomurje highway, the description of the higway section between Cogetinci - Vučja and the benefits of Pomurje highway. Diploma deals with the negative impact on regional roads due to construction of highway, the stress analysis of passenger and freight traffic, and the analysis of traffic safety on Pomurje highway. The comparison in final part of diploma thesis deals with the road congestion before the realization of Pomurje highway and the current status of the completed highway section.
