Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljene osnovne značilnosti zakona o zaposlovanju in delu tujcev, ki so v veljavi od decembra leta 2007. Ker je delovno dovoljenje pogoj za zaposlitev in delo tujcev iz tretjih držav, smo v diplomskem delu dokaj izčrpno prikazali vrste delovnih dovoljenj in postopke, ki so potrebni za pridobitev teh dovoljenj. Z novim zakonom so se prav na področju pridobitve delovnega dovoljenja postopki skrajšali in obseg dokazil zmanjšal, kar je precej olajšalo delo delodajalcem in pristojnim službam, ki s s tem področjem ukvarjajo. V empiričnem delu smo preverjali veljavnost dveh hipotez, s katerimi smo iskali razmerje med obsegom registrirane brezposelnosti ter zaposlovanjem tujcev iz tretjih držav. To razmerje smo raziskovali na ravni celotne države in po regijah. Dodali smo praktičen prikaz o zaposlitvi tujca (pregled postopka in potrebno dokumentacijo).

Title:
THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE DEGREE OF UNEMPLOYMENTS AND EMPLOYING FOREIGN WORKERS
Abstract:
The thesis presents all the basic features of the law in force since December 2007 on employment of foreigners. A work permit is a condition to emloyment, therefore I am extensively describing types of work permits and procedures that need to be obtained in order for a foreigner to begin working legally in the country. With the new law, the procedures to obtain a working permit have become less time consuming. The volume of evidence such as personal data or past employments has also been reduced which is considerably facilitate the work of employers and the relevant departments who are involved in this area. In the empirical work we check the validity of two hypotheses, which we seek the relationship between the amount of registered unemployment and employment of foreigners from third countries. This ratio was investigated at the national level and by region. We have added a practical presentation employment of foreigner (overview of procedure and necessary documentation).
