Title:RAZUMEVANJE POSEBNOSTI IN DINAMIKE DRUŽINSKEGA PODJETNIŠTVA

Abstract:V prvem delu naloge so prikazane posebnosti družinskih podjetij in njihovo vključevanje v okolje. Nakazane so ločnice med razmerjem družinskega in poslovnega sistema. Temu primerno smo v enem izmed podpoglavij opisali tudi primerjavo prednosti in slabosti, ki jih prinaša družinsko podjetje. V osrednjem delu naloge navajamo specifičnost upravljanja družinskega podjetja v segmentu kadrovanja, organiziranja in življenjskega cikla družinskega podjetja, kjer izpostavljamo strategijo prenosa lastništva. Opredeljena so stališča nasledništva ter težave medgeneracijskega prenosa, ki se prav v tem času množično vrši. Dotaknili smo se tudi cikličnih posebnosti razmerja posameznik-družina in hkrati navedli konfliktnostne situacije. V raziskavo, ki je potekala na območju širše Slovenije, je bilo vključenih 170 družinskih podjetij. Z magistrsko nalogo želimo podrobneje strnili značilnosti in posebnosti družinskega podjetja, in prek rezultatov analize podati ugotovite obstoječega stanja kot ga dojemajo vodilni kadri slovenskih družinskih podjetij ter podati nadaljnja izhodišča v prid stabilnosti tovrstnih podjetij. Ugotovitve raziskovalnega dela naloge namreč kažejo, da se družinska podjetja v Sloveniji namreč še vedno močno oklepajo tradicionalnih vrednot, lahko bi tudi rekli »obrtnih«, saj so tako nekatera tudi nastala, iz manjših obrtnih »delavnic«. Po večini so se nato širila in rastla, a vendar ohranjala tradicionalno miselnost. Analiza raziskave nakazuje, da so podjetja s tradicijo medgeneracijskih prenosov pravzaprav nastala z razlogom zagotavljanja socialne varnosti družinskim članom. Isti razlog je tudi vzrok, da podjetja s to miselnostjo nimajo v praksi izdelanih kriterijev za vstop in izstop družinskih članov v ali iz podjetja. Družinska podjetja, ki ohranjajo tradicionalno vrednost se pri nasledstvenih možnostih opredeljujejo, da podjetja niso pripravljena prodati.

Title:UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCES AND THE DYNAMICS OF FAMILY BUSINESS
Abstract:With master's thesis we want to unite characteristics and specialties of family business in greater detail and to indicate ascertainments of existent condition as leading workers in Slovenian family business comprehend it by the help of the results of the analysis and to indicate further starting-points in advantage of stability of that kind of businesses. In the first part of the master’s thesis are represented the characteristics and dynamics of family business and specialties of interweaving of family and business system. In one of the subheadings we compare advantages and disadvantages brought by family business. We also mentioned slightly the cyclic specialties of relation individual-family and at the same time we mentioned conflict situations. In the central part of the master’s thesis we allege specificity of family business management in the segment of administration, organization, development, and life cycle of family business. We defined standpoints of succession and problems of intergenerational of transfer, which massive takes place in this time. The research took place in the area of wider Slovenia and included 170 family businesses. Ascertainments of the research indicate that family businesses in Slovenia still cling to traditional values; we could also say “trade”, because a lot of them actually originate from smaller trade workshops. Mostly they have been spread but they have still kept the traditional mentality. The analysis of the research indicates that the businesses with tradition of intergenerational transfers have originated with the reason to ensure the social security for family members. The same reason is also the cause that businesses with that kind of mentality do not have well-conceived criteria for the entry and secession of family member in or out of the business. Founders of family businesses which keep traditional values define them self at the succession possibilities that they are not prepared to sell the business.
