Abstract:
V diplomskem delu sem predstavila kadrovsko politiko v podjetju Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d. in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju. Namen in cilj naloge je bil predstaviti kadrovsko politiko v podjetju, analizirati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in podati morebitne predloge in izboljšave. Nalogo sem razdelila na teoretični del in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu sem opisala kadrovsko politiko in kadrovsko funkcijo. Predstavljene so njene podfunkcije. V empiričnem delu najprej predstavljam podjetje Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d., njegovo zgodovino, dejavnosti, vizijo in poslanstvo. Predstavila sem tudi njihovo kadrovsko politiko. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela predstavljam rezultate ankete, ki so jo izpolnili zaposleni v podjetju. Cilj anketnega vprašalnika je ugotoviti kako zadovoljni oz. nezadovoljni so zaposleni s pogoji dela, z izobraževanjem, z napredovanjem,……. V zaključnem delu podam interpretacijo rezultatov in predloge za izboljšavo.

HUMAN RECOURCES POLICY AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN INSUTRANCE COMPANY ZAVAROVALNICA MARIBOR D.D.
Abstract:
The thesis presented a personnel policy in the Insurance company Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d and employee satisfaction in the company. The purpose and goal was to present the personnel policy in the company, analyze employee satisfaction and make any suggestions and improvements. I shared the task of theoretical and empirical parts. In the theoretical part, I described the personnel policy and personnel function. Presents its subfeatures. In the empirical part of the first I introduced the history, activities, vision and mission of the company I have also presented their personnel policy. The following thesis presents the results of inquiry, which was filled in by the employees of the company. The goal of inquiry was to determine how satisfied or. dissatisfied are employees with working conditions, education, promotion, ... In the final part of me give interpretation of the results and proposals for improvement.
