Abstract:
V diplomskem delu sem opisala in raziskala postopek sprejemanja aktov v komitološkem postopku. Prvi komitološki odbori so bili ustanovljeni z delegacijo pristojnosti Sveta ministrov na Evropsko komisijo oz. na odbore, ki imajo pregled nad akti, ki jih pripravi Evropska komisija. Postopek komitologije se je spreminjal. Vlogo v njem je pridobil Evropski parlament, prav tako pa so akti komitologije postali javno dostopni. Pojavilo se je tudi več kritik komitologije. Nekatere se nanašajo na vlogo nacionalnih parlamentov v postopku, druge na deliberativni supranacionalizen, na dostopnost do aktov komitologije ter na vlogo nacionalnih predstavnikov v odborih.

DEMOCRATIC LEGITIMACY OF THE COMITOLOGY
Abstract:
Process of adopting measures in a comitology procedure is described and researched in diploma paper. The first comitology committees were established with the delegation of power of the Council of Ministers to the European Commission or on the committees that have oversight of the acts, issued by the European Commission. Through time comitology procedure has changed. European Parliament has acquired a role in it and also acts of comitology have become publicly available. A lot of criticisms were expressed on comitology. Criticisms were related on the role of national parliaments, deliberative supranationalism, availability of comitology acts and the role of national representatives on the committees.
