Abstract:
Diplomsko delo govori o problematiki kampa Šobec, ki po našem mnenju in mnenju mnogih lokalnih prebivalcev premalo vlaga v svojo prihodnost. V prvem delu smo se osredotočili na obstoječe probleme in cilje, ki jih želimo doseči. Predstavljeno je okolje, ki ga raziskujemo, ter metode, ki smo jih uporabili pri delu. Drugi del naloge zajema poglavja o turizmu, destincijskemu managementu, kadrovskemu managementu in marketingu, s katerimi želimo prikazati načine za učinkovito poslovanje vsakega podjetja. V tretjem delu je nato predstavljeno obstoječe stanje kampa Šobec, njegovo poslovanje in razlogi za počasen razvoj. Te ugotovitve smo povezali s četrtim delom, ki zajema analizo rezultatov ankete gostov. Z njo smo želeli odgovoriti na vprašanje, v kolikšni meri so gostje zadovoljni s to destinacijo, in priti do predlogov za izboljšave. Te smo v zadnjem, petem delu, vključili v svojo raziskavo razvojnih možnosti in tako predstavili spremembe, ki bi obravnavani turistični kraj lahko naredile privlačnejši.

Title:
ANALYSIS OF CONDITION AND DEVELOPMENTAL POSSIBILITIES OF CAMP ŠOBEC
Abstract:
Diploma talks about problems of camp Šobec, which in our opinion and the opinion of many local residents underinvests in its future. In the first part we focus on existing problems and goals that we are trying to reach. We present the area that we are researching and the metods that were used at it. Second part of the work includes chapters on turism, destination managment, human resources managment and marketing, with which we want to show how to effectively manage every company. The third part presents existing condition of camp Šobec, it's buisiness and the reasons for slow development. These findings are associated with the fourth part, which includes the analysis of guest survey results. With the survey we wanted an answer to a question to which extent are the guests satisfied with this destination and also get some suggestions on improvements. These suggestions have been included in our research of development possibilities in the final fifth part, which also presents changes that would make presented tourist destination more attractive.
