Abstract:Diplomsko naloga opisuje sončne celice, fotonapetostne module in na kratko opisuje tudi ostale elemente fotonapetostnega sistema. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na obnašanje fotonapetostnih modulov pri danih pogojih sončnega sevanja. Rezultat diplomske naloge je posamezna predstavitev in medsebojna primerjava karakteristik najpogosteje uporabljanih fotonapetostnih modulov v praksi. To so moduli iz polikristalnega, monokristalnega in amorfnega silicija. V delu so predstavljeni tudi standardi in predpisi s področja fotonapetostnih sistemov.

Title:WORKING CHARACTERISTICS COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT PV MODULES UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS OF SOLAR IRRADIANCE
Abstract:Diploma thesis describes the solar cells, photovoltaic modules and also briefly describes the other elements of photovoltaic system. It focuses mainly on the behavior of photovoltaic modules in given conditions of solar irradiance. The result of diploma thesis is individual presentation and comparison of characteristics of photovoltaic modules most commonly used in practice. These are the modules of polycrystalline, monocrystalline and amorphous silicon. In this paper are also presented the standards and regulations regarding photovoltaic systems.
