Abstract:
Med vzroke za omejeno mobilnost ljudi v urbanih območjih pogosto spadajo neustrezne potovalne navade ljudi, favoriziranje osebnega avtomobila, neatraktivnost javnega potniškega prometa in naraščanje mirujočega prometa. Na strokovnem področju prometnega planiranja izpostavljeni načrt trajnostne mobilnosti za mesta, potrjen znotraj Evropskega parlamenta, lokalnim nosilcem odločanja in prebivalcem mest kaže pot do boljših potovalnih možnosti. Občinska uprava Mestne občine Slovenj Gradec se je odločila za takšen pristop reševanja prometne problematike v mestu. Priprava načrta trajnostne mobilnosti za Mestno občino Slovenj Gradec s pomočjo širše javnosti vsebuje analizo in oceno obstoječega stanja ter zastavljene cilje. Rešitev predstavljajo sklopi ukrepov trajnostne mobilnosti, ob koncu združeni v osrednji scenarij »Mobilnost za vse«.

and standstill traffic has been increasing. An exposed plan for sustainable mobility for cities

which has been planned by traffic planning experts and confirmed by the European parliament
,
shows a way to better mobility possibilities to local holders of decision-making. The municipality administration of the Municipality Slovenj Gradec has decided for such approach to solving traffic problems in the city. The preparation of the plan for sustainable mobility for the Municipality Slovenj Gradec with a help of wider public includes an analysis and an evaluation of the current state and the stated goals. The solution is presented by a complex measures of sustainable mobility associated in the central scenario »Mobility for all«.
